We came too late and he stayed open later than closing and allowed us to come in and eat. Have come here quite a few times over the last months. 5 star review
Always great food with large portions at great value and quick service, my favourite is probably the prawns and the owner is super friendly.
This is absolutely my favourite place to grab lunch or for a snack without having to sit down in a restaurant. Its quick and easy and they are very efficient, not only that the food is just so more-rish it just makes my mouth start to water just thinking about it. I used to go for the egg fried rice and the chicken katsu curry until I found out about chilli chicken and glass noodles. Just a tip, glass noodles are made to order and you have to wait a bit longer but it is definitely worth the wait! This is a must try and you will realise why falling in love with food is the best thing ever.
First ate here about two years ago when my ftiend introduced me to the place and it was very delicious. I've been hooked ever since Have been recently going once a week over the last few months. Always been served fresh food. Love the chicken 999 (spicy) and chicken katsu with rice. Can also eat outside the shop where seats are provided.
Today was such a hot day so we came over to JOA for their Korean shaved ice and it was the most perfect way to cool down. It was so delicious and the gentleman serving us was so kind! Definitely coming back to try more. Thank you!!!!!!!
Ordered the Chicken Chilli with noodles and the Cheese Tteokbokki. Fantastic food and great service!
**UPDATE: This restaurant is no longer trading and has been taken over by another Korean takeaway! Whenever we've had a long day cycling around in Richmond, JOA is the only place we grab a quite bite to eat. This Halal Korean spot offers delicious sweet and sour chicken on some great egg fried rice. The portions are very generous, even on their 'original' size option. It isn't often that one comes across a halal oriental eatery, so this place is a hidden gem for both it's great food and halal offerings!
The mozzarella corn dog was scrumptious, freshly made to order so waited about 10 minutes. You can have it with many different sauces or sugar. The staff recommend having just sugar and it was a fantastic choice. The seating area is very basic and wasn't very clean when I visited
